TO: JEFFREY HUTCHISON, biological father of A.H. and A.H.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 18, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. a preliminary and/or adjudicatory hearing will be held for JEFFREY HUTCHISON, biological father of A.H. and A.H. The petitioner alleges, among other things, that the health and welfare of A.H. and A.H. is harmed or threatened by a present refusal, failure or inability of JEFFREY HUTCHISON, to supply the children, A.H. and A.H., with necessary food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education, shelter, and/or supervision.
It is ORDERED that a preliminary and/or adjudicatory hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Judicial Center, 620 Main Street, Suite 308, Wellsburg, West Virginia on December 18, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. and that JEFFREY HUTCHISON appear to object or raise any defenses. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of JEFFREY HUTCHISON.
