Stanley John Gima

STANLEY JOHN GIMA, 69, of Follansbee, WV died November 26, 2025 at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born March 2,1956 in Carnegie PA, the son of the late George and Sophie (Aftanas) Gima. He was also proceeded in death by his in-laws Dominic and Ellen Croce. Stan was retired from Koppers Industries in Follansbee. Surviving is his wife, Mary (Croce) Gima; two daughters, Carly (Jeff) Long of Follansbee, WV and Nicole Gima of Weirton, WV; three granddaughters: Kandis Gratchen, Ellen and Naomi Long; his sister, Linda Mohoroski and nephew Matthew; one sister-in-law, Diane (Joe) Kosegi; one brother-in-law, Dominic (Ashley) Croce; four nephews: Cody and Christopher Kosegi and Dominic and Aiden Croce; great nieces Isabella and Alaina Kosegi who love “Uncle Stans” chickens; and several Aftanas, Croce, and D’Aurora relatives and his “brother” Billy Dawson. Per Stanley’s wishes there was no visitation. He was cremated and returned to his family.
