Notice is hereby given that the Petitioner herein instituted a civil action against Purple Properties, LLC, a West Virginia Limited Liability Company, in the case as styled herein. The suit seeks to appropriate the lands necessary for the construction and maintenance of a sewage system on the lands owned by the Respondent. Purple Properties, LLC, a West Virginia Limited Liability Company is required to appear within one month after the date of first publication of this Notice to Appear and do what is necessary to protect their interest in this matter.
