This PROTECTIVE ORDER will remain in effect until January 8, 2026 at midnight.
A Final Hearing is scheduled for the 8th day of January, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., before the Honorable Heather A. Wood of the Brooke County Family Court, Brooke County Judicial Center, 620 Main Street, Third Floor, Wellsburg, WV.
