DOUGLAS JAMES LAISURE, 74, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at home. Born May 29, 1951, in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Clyde and Emily (Vavrock) Laisure. Doug graduated from Bellaire High School in 1969. He retired from working Security at Wheeling Island Casino. He was Christian by faith.
