Thomas Andrew Fijewski

THOMAS ANDREW FIJEWSKI, 83, of Weirton, WV passed away at his home to be with the Lord on Thursday December 18, 2025. He is survived by his loving wife, Jacqueline (Lipan) Fijewski of 61 years, and their two children, Timothy (Denise) Fijewski, and Shari Fijewski. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Helen Mieczkowski Fijewski, his brother, Paul Fijewski and his sisters, Dolores Szymanski and Geraldine Fijewski. Tom was a 1961 graduate of Weirton Madonna High School, and a firefighter for the City of Weirton for 38 years. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Sacred Heart of Mary Church. A great man, dedicated father and loving husband who enjoyed life with a smile, humor, and a story to make everyone laugh. He will be missed. Visitation was held Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, Weirton. Mass of Christian Burial was also celebrated on Saturday at Sacred Heart of Mary Church, Weirton, with Rev.
