BID INVITATION
The Brooke County Commission will be accepting bids for standard work as needed as well as Emergency Management call-out, Disasters, including FEMA. The applicant must be available as needed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anytime day or night, with this agreement lasting till December 31, 2026, at 12:00 midnight. All permits for equipment/hauling, etc. are responsibility of the successful bidder. Bids must include hourly cost for each piece of equipment used regardless of time of day. A list of equipment needed will be available at County Clerk’s Office, Second floor of the Brooke County Courthouse.
Submit sealed bid to Brooke County Commission, 632 Main Street, Suite 201, Wellsburg, WV 26070 by February 3, 2026, by 10AM with outside marked “EMA Standard Work as Needed/Emergency call-out.
Brooke County Commission has right to refuse any or all bids.
