Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of March, 2026, at 11:00 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Van Duh Ceu will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Van Duh Deu to Zam Zo Pau, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
