Christy Anne (King) Coulter

CHRISTY ANNE (KING) COULTER, 52, of Glen Easton, WV, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV. Christy was born on April 13, 1973 in Wheeling, WV. She was the daughter of the late Albert Martin King and Ester Beulah (Beeson) King. Christy was an incredible mother whose life revolved around her beloved children. Her love was constant, selfless, and unwavering, and she always made sure those around her felt cared for and supported. Christy had a gentle heart and a creative soul, finding joy in the little things and sharing that joy with others. For the past four years, Christy worked at Amazon, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic. Outside of work, she filled her life with the things she loved most. She had a passion for crafting, especially creating beautiful diamond art that reflected her patience and creativity. Christy was an avid reader and especially enjoyed immersing herself in Stephen King novels. She also loved the outdoors and could often be found hunting or fishing, enjoying the peace and freedom nature brought her. One of her greatest joys was riding on the back of the motorcycle with her husband, embracing the adventure of the open road and the closeness of shared moments. Christy will be remembered for her kindness, her creativity, her love of family, and the warmth she brought into every life she touched. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, Christy was preceded in death by her six siblings, Joe, Jerry, Gene, Patty and Roger King and Rose Jaeger. Christy is survived by her husband of 32 years, although they were together since 1988, Marion Bernard Coulter Sr. of Glen Easton, WV; four children: Amanda Whitehouse, and her husband, Marc of Follansbee, WV, Marion Bernard Coulter, Jr. and his fiancé, Jessica Hood of Wheeling, WV, Christina Pearson and her husband, Corey of Chesapeake, VA and Martin Coulter of Glen Easton, WV; five grandchildren: Aria, Quinnleigh, Freya, Jolynn and Xander; two sisters, Alice Parson and her husband, Lewis and Marlene Mort; and numerous nieces and nephews. The Chambers Funeral Home of Wellsburg was honored and privileged to serve the Coulter family with a private cremation. Following cremation, Christy was taken home to remain with her family forever.
