RALPH “BUTCH” BELL, JR., 98, passed away peacefully January 13, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of faith, kindness, and love for others. He was born on November 2, 1927, in Elizabeth, West Virginia, to Raymond Michael and Mary Valentine Bell, one of six children.
