WV DOH Conducts Bidding for Several Brooke County Projects

Replacement of concrete, paving and guardrails on the Steubenville Bridge and Harmon Creek Bridge were among 34 construction projects included in a bid letting conducted by the West Virginia Division of Highways on Tuesday, Jan. 13.
