BESSIE (BESS) LUCILLE MCCAFFERY, 96, of Weirton, WV, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. She was born on March 31, 1929, the daughter of the late William H.H. and Gertrude Mechling of Follansbee-Eldersville Road. She was a lifetime member of the Cove Presbyterian Church.
