ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Bids will be received at the office of the Board of Education of the County of Brooke, Wellsburg, WV for the following:
AUCTIONING OFF THE FOLLOWING SURPLUS WRESTLING MATS:
5 – 12X12 RESILITE MATS
2 – 12X10 RESILITE MATS
1 – 12X6 RESILITE MAT
Minimum Bid for each Mat is $75. Place your bid in an envelope marked Wrestling Mats and submit your proposal to Mr. Donald S. Mitchell, Brooke County Board of Education, Maintenance Foreman, 1201 Pleasant Avenue, Wellsburg, WV 26070 prior to 10:00 on February 23, 2026.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award the contract to other than the low bidder, to accept any and all alternates, to waive irregularities and/or informalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion to be in the best interest of Brooke County Schools.
