Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of March, 2026, at 11:15 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Michelle Allman will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s child or ward’s name from Kayleigh Lynn-Marie Cline to Bunnie Lynn-Marie Cline, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
