SHIRREL FRANCIS HUGGINS, 88, of Wellsburg, WV passed away January 25, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born April 24, 1937, in Wileyville, WV to the late Harley and Opal Yoho Huggins. He was in the Army Reserves, retired from Wheeling Nisshin, Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, was an avid gardener, enjoyed playing keno, enjoyed his trips to the cabin for hunting season, and was a member of the Wellsburg Christian Church.
