TONYA JO BLACK, 42, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at U.P.M.C. Magee Women’s Hospital. Born March 1, 1983, Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Robert Black and Charlene (McQuillan) Black. She attended Brooke High School and was Christian by faith.
