DAVID HUNT KINS, 76, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026, after a recent illness at WVU Medicine, Wheeling Hospital. David was born on February 22, 1949. He was the son of the late Frank Kins and Nelda (Liming) Kins.
