JOHN HENRY PROELLOCHS, SR., 92, of Wellsburg, WV, lovingly known as Pap, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026. Born on August 10, 1933, he was the son of Bill and Gladys Proellochs and lived a long, full life marked by devotion to family, service, and community.
