TO: JOHN MACHEN, biological father of B.M. and B.-J.M.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. an Evidentiary Hearing on Motion to Modify Disposition Five will be held for JOHN MACHEN, putative father of B.M. AND B.-J.M. The petitioner alleges, among other things, that the health and welfare of B.M. AND B.-J.M., is harmed or threatened because there is no reasonable likelihood that the conditions of neglect or abuse against JOHN MACHEN can be substantially corrected in the near future.
It is ORDERED that an Evidentiary Hearing on Motion to Modify Disposition Five will be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Judicial Center, 620 Main Street, Suite 308, Wellsburg, West Virginia on March 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and that JOHN MACHEN appear to object or raise any defenses. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of JOHN MACHEN.
