Please take notice that the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, has entered an Order Granting Petition to Establish Trust for the purpose of holding and preserving your one-half (½) distributive share of the Estate of John Clair Wales, Jr., including associated real property and mineral interests.
The Order provides that it shall become entirely and fully effective thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, unless you enter an appearance or otherwise respond within that time. If you fail to make an appearance within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this Notice, the Order shall become effective and a trust shall be established to hold your interest in the Estate.
