SILAS JAY FADSE passed away February 19, 2026, at birth in Trinity West Hospital, Steubenville, OH. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Brenda Bozich Fadse. He is survived by his parents, Zachary Scott and Allison Danielle Miller Fadse of Wellsburg, WV; paternal grandfather, Frank Fadse, Sr. of Follansbee, WV; maternal grandparents, Jerry and Jessie Smith Miller of Wellsburg; Uncle, Frank Fadse, Jr.; cousin Ezio Fadse; and Aunt Hannah Miller. There were no services.
