DWAYNE KIRKPATRICK, 63, of Weirton, WV, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the Carriage Inn in Steubenville, Ohio. Born in Wheeling, WV on September 8, 1962, he was one of three sons of Charlotte Cain Kirkpatrick and the late LeRoy Kirkpatrick.
