MARGARET A. JELSKI, 64, of Weirton, WV, passed away on March 15, 2026, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She was born in Pittsburgh on January 12, 1962, one of three daughters of the late Fred and Etta McCartney Stewart.
