JOSEPH LEONARD VAGNOZZI, 77, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Weirton Geriatric Center. He was born on April 24, 1948, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Frank and Catherine “Katy” (Consalvo) Vagnozzi.
