TO: JOHN DOE, putative father of T.H. and C.H.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. an adjudicatory hearing and/or dispositional hearing will be held for JOHN DOE, putative father of T.H. and C.H. The petitioner alleges, among other things, that the health and welfare of T.H. and C.H., is harmed or threatened by a present refusal, failure or inability of JOHN DOE, to supply the children, T.H. and C.H. with necessary food, clothing, shelter, and medical care.
It is ORDERED that an adjudicatory hearing and/or dispositional hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Judicial Center, 620 Main Street, Suite 308, Wellsburg, West Virginia on May 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and that JOHN DOE appear to object or raise any defenses. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of JOHN DOE.
