DONALD WILLIAM “SPANKY” HARSHEY, 57, of Weirton, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at home. Donald was born on April 23, 1967, in Atlas, PA a son of the late Frank James and Pearl (Booth) Harshey.
