Neil Herman Nixon

NEIL HERMAN NIXON, 93, passed away peacfully at Golden oaks in Follansbee, WV on May 14, 2026. He was born December 23, 1932, to the late Lenora Nixon (Treiber) and William E. Nixon of Wellsburg, WV.
