DOLORES E. “TISSIE” MCFADDEN, 96, passed away peacefully May 30, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, friendship, and deep community roots. Born on May 24, 1930, in Wheeling, WV she was the cherished daughter of the late Helen (Shaler) and Raymond Garrison. In addition to her parents, Tissie was preceded in death by her beloved son, E.R.
