PEGGY COTTRILL, 71, of Weirton, WV, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at WVU Weirton Medical Center. Born on July 27, 1954, in Weirton, she was the daughter of the late Glen V. “Bob” Cottrill and Gwendolyn Hope Schayes Cottrill.
