BARBARA JEAN NEWMAN GIGLIO, 78, of Wellsburg, WV passed away June 13, 2026, at home with her daughters by her side. She was born June 23,1947, in Wheeling, WV. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jerry W. Newman; her second husband, Peter “Pete” Giglio; her sister and best friend, Janice K. Smith; her brothers, James and Thomas Harvey; and her parents, Charles “Bob” Harvey and Thresa. She is survived by her three loving daughters, Beth Ann Calcidise (Jason) of Midland, MI, Shari Sheehan (Jimmy) of Avella, PA, and Jennifer Kasper (Paul) of Colliers, WV; six grandchildren: Kaleigh, Sarah, Tommy, Chad, Jessica and Ella; seven great-grandchildren; and her furry companion, her cat Harley. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Wellsburg. Inurnment followed at Kadesh Chapel Cemetery.
