ELAINE WILKINS, 71, of Weirton, WV, passed away unexpectedly at her home on June 14, 2026. May her memory be eternal. Born on December 24, 1954, in Steubenville, Ohio, Elaine was the youngest of three daughters born to the late Harry A. and Rose Volakis Stakias.
