EVELYN BELLE RAINERI, 87 of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, with her family by her side at Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH. She was born on July 21, 1938, in New Matamoras, OH a daughter of the late Emmett and Irene (Dennis) Hanlon.
