MICHAEL LARRY “MIKE” HART, 74, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Wellsburg Health Care after a long illness. Born December 24, 1951, in Steubenville, OH a son of the late Teddy Lewis Hart, Sr. and Hilda Mae (Mozingo) Hart Ossman and his stepfather, Dwight Ossman.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, William Bass, a nephew, Joe “Boomer” Black.
