William “Bill” Matthew Miller

The former Weirton Mayor, WILLIAM “BILL” MATTHEW MILLER, passed peacefully at home with members of his family around him on Thursday August 20, 2026. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio on Saturday September 12, 1931 to the late William A. Miller & Constance (Maley) Miller.
