He was born on August 3, 1969, in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Cleo Margaret (Loughery) Klages and Jack Maurice Klages, Sr. In addition to his parents, Jack is preceded in death by two sisters, Jennifer Donner and Lisa Black; and a niece, Marissa Rhodes.
