Two Enter Guilty Pleas in Drowning Death of 13-Year-Old

Brooke County Prosecuting Attorney Allison Adyniec Cowden has announced that two individuals have entered pleas in the drowning death of a 13-year-old child in the Ohio River on June 30, 2025.
