MARIE W. MELVIN, 88, of Weirton, WV passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at home. She was born November 18, 1934, in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of the late Howard Otto Ransom and Marie Barbara Veverka Ransom.
