ROBERT MYLAN TORBICA, 63, of Weirton, WV passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, following a lengthy illness at Brightwood Center. He was born on July 14, 1959, in Weirton, the son of Voyo and Millicent Dragisich Dolphin. A proud member of the United States Air Force, Robert graduated from Wintersville High School in 1978.
