Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (NICK BALLATO) located in Brooke County, WV..
From I-70 take exit 1A to SR-2 North. Travel SR-2 North 19.8 miles to Alt SR-27 intersection and turn right on Alt SR-27. Travel Alt-27 for 4.3 miles to CR-14, (St. Johns Rd), and turn right on CR-14. Travel 2.3 miles to access road on right.
Latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.3132, -80.5624

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) 29.37 tons/year
Carbon Monoxide (CO) 63.55 tons/year
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) 60.06 tons/year
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) 0.05 tons/year
Particulate Matter (PM) 0.73 tons/year
Benzene 0.12 tons/year
Ethylbenzene 0.03 tons/year
Formaldehyde 1.84 tons/year
n-Hexane 1.03 tons/year
Toluene 0.12 tons/year
Xylenes 0.06 tons/year
Methane 11.73 tons/year
CO2 Equivalent 22,263 tons/year

Operations are planned to begin on or about August 19, 2023. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
