CLYDE R. ELLIOTT, 84, of Paris, PA passed away unexpectedly and peacefully on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. He was born November 17, 1938, in Paris, PA, the son of the late Chalmer T. “Chum” and Mildred Hanlin Elliott. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Joan Spano.
