IVA MARIE BARTH,71, of Weirton, WV passed away on July 11, 2023 at the Weirton Medical Center. Iva was born on January 12, 1952, in Wheeling, West Virginia, to Charles and Mary Frances Leach Seabright. Iva’s life was marked by both profound loss and tremendous love.
