In response to a release of petroleum products from regulated tanks, the property owner/operator under the direction of the Tanks Corrective Action Unit of the Department of Environmental Protection developed a draft corrective action plan (CAP) for the following site:

The CAP briefly describes the extent of the release and details the proposed clean up methods at the site. The CAP includes the commencement of injection events to promote the attenuation and biodegradation of dissolved-phase constituents of concern in groundwater. Copies of the CAP are available for the public review at the following location:

Interested parties may submit written comments during the 30-day period beginning August 1, 2023, through August 31, 2023.
