R. STEVE ROBERTS, 74, of Weirton, WV passed away Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH. He was born January 14, 1949, in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Robert and Katherine J. Gilmore Roberts. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Roberta Roberts.
