William Franklin “Frank” Dillon

WILLIAM FRANKLIN “FRANK” DILLON, 86, of Weirton, WV passed away at his residence after a lengthy illness with his loving wife Audrey at his side. He was born in a small town in West Virginia known as Central Station, on April 18, 1936. Frank was one of three born to Walter and Hazel Dye Dillon. Frank was a proud member of the United States Army and was educated in the Doddridge County School System.…
