PATRICIA LOUISE RHODES, 95, of Weirton, WV passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023, at the home of her daughter. She was born September 4, 1927, in Steubenville, OH, the daughter of the late George and Marie Mestrovic Bilderback. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul H.
