THOMAS CLARENCE BELL, 64, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Friday, August 18, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. Born on January 8, 1959, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Thomas S. Bell and Rebecca Smedley Bell of Follansbee, WV. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his sister, Nora L. Bell who died on July 12, 2015.
