BRADLEY JAMES PATCHIN, 34, of Weirton, WV passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023, at the Weirton Medical Center. He was born on July 30, 1989, in Steubenville, a son of Wilbur “Bill” and Lynne Dorsey Patchin.
