Friends of the Brooke County Public Libraries Host Fall Event

The Friends of the Brooke County Public Libraries will be hosting a Fall Membership event on September 15, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., in the River Room at the Main Library Location in Wellsburg. They will be hosting a reenactor who portrays Abraham Lincoln in a program entitled: Abraham Lincoln: A New Birth of Freedom.
