WILLIAM “BILL” GEORGE GUILER II, 69, of Colliers, WV died peacefully on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at his home. He was born on June 6, 1954, in Steubenville, OH the son of the late William George I and Dorothy (Clark) Guiler. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his Stepfather Tom Plazarine and brother Gary Wayne Guiler. Bill graduated from Brooke High class of 1972. He went on to attend Washtenaw State College and received his Associates Degree. He worked for the 495 Pipe Fitters Union before opening his own business Model Plumbing HVAC in 1996. He is Christian by faith and attended the Hooverson Heights Church of Christ. He will always be remembered for his hard work ethic and his sense of humor. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Linda (Bailey) Guiler at home; a son, William George III “B.G.” (Ivy) Guiler of Morgantown, WV; a daughter, Heather Rahuba of Colliers, WV; two grandchildren, Will and Rhiannon; and dear family friends Walter Ramsey and Jared Shingleton. There was no visitation. A private memorial service was held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee.
