WILLIAM “BILL” GEORGE GUILER II, 69, of Colliers, WV died peacefully on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at his home. He was born on June 6, 1954, in Steubenville, OH the son of the late William George I and Dorothy (Clark) Guiler.
