UMBERT JAMES CICCOLELLA, JR., 71, formerly of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Monday, March 20, 2023, at his home in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. He was born on November 19, 1951, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Umbert and Mary Jean (McConkey) Ciccolella.
